Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a class, buy a pack, or use an account at Step Up Pilates in Kokapet, Hyderabad. By booking with us you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask at the studio, email support@stepuppilates.com, or use the form on the contact page. How we handle your details is in the privacy policy.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone number current: it is how we confirm bookings and reach you about changes. One account per person. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

Free reformer trial

New members get one free reformer trial per phone number. The trial books any reformer class with a free seat and follows the same cancellation rule as any other booking. Mat visits are paid from the first class.

Packs and prices

• Prices are those on the pricing page when you buy, and include GST where shown.
• Packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews automatically.
• Payment is made at the studio by cash or UPI. A pack starts once the studio marks it paid.
• Reformer and mat credits are separate and cannot be swapped.
• You can hold one active pack at a time.
• Validity: an 8-class pack lasts one month plus one week. A 12-class pack and Signature 12 last one month plus two weeks. The founding pack lasts 75 days from opening day. Unused classes expire at the end of the pack.
• Personal sessions are coming soon (around March 2027) and are not yet bookable.

Refunds

Packs are not refundable. If something genuine comes up, the studio can extend a pack or move it, at its discretion. Ask at the desk.

Booking

• Classes open for booking today and the next three days. A new day opens at midnight IST.
• Founding members book two days further ahead. Two seats in each class are kept for founding members until 24 hours before it starts, then open to everyone.
• Reformer and mat classes hold five people each.
• When a class is full you can join a numbered waitlist. If a seat frees, the next person in line is booked automatically and told by WhatsApp or email.

Cancellations and no-shows

Cancel at least 3 hours before class and the class returns to your pack. A cancellation inside 3 hours, or not turning up, uses the class. The studio can reverse this in genuine cases.

If the studio has to cancel a class or close for a day, your class is returned to your pack and we let you know. Pack end dates do not move.

Health and safety

Pilates is low-impact, but it is still exercise. Before your first class you sign a waiver and tell us about injuries, conditions, and pregnancy, and you keep that information current. Your instructor can adjust or stop any exercise. Please arrive on time so the class can start together.

In the studio

Please treat the room, the equipment, and other members with care. The studio may end a membership for behaviour that puts others at risk; any unused classes are then handled under Refunds above.

Changes

Prices, pack names, schedule, and instructors can change with notice on this site. A pack you have already bought keeps the classes and validity it was sold with. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
